Intellectual Property
Whappify retains ownership of its intellectual property, including software, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. By using Whappify, you grant non-exclusive rights to your content for processing and transmission purposes. You represent and warrant ownership or valid licensing of uploaded content.
Payment Terms
You agree to: (a) pay applicable fees for Whappify credits as specified on our pricing page; (b) provide valid payment information; (c) authorize payment processing through [Stripe/PayPal]; and (d) pay applicable taxes. Refunds are subject to Whappify's discretion.
Data Protection
Whappify adheres to GDPR, CCPA and data protection regulations. Our Privacy Policy [link] outlines data handling practices. By using Whappify, you consent to data collection, processing and storage.
Indemnification
You indemnify Whappify, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents against third-party claims, damages, expenses and costs arising from: (a) your use of Whappify; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) infringement of intellectual property rights; or (d) violation of applicable laws.
Termination
Whappify may terminate or suspend accounts for non-compliance. You may cancel your account upon written notice. Termination does not relieve obligations under these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under Wyoming, USA laws, excluding conflicts of law principles. Jurisdiction and venue lie exclusively in Wyoming courts.
Whappify reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
